Marcel Kříž - Museum Night // Church of St. Jan Nepomucký, Kutná Hora
7/23/2021 from 7:00 p.m.

Marcel Kříž is a poet and musician, most often characterized as a folk-rock singer, but you have to add the considerable influence of blues, jazz and also garage rock. He left his first band Murders in Chinatown at the end of the 1990s to embark on a solo career, during which he recorded ten records, including at the Brno label Indies Records. His most significant entry is the album Buskers Burlesquers, which he created with the Brno-ridden omniscient Tomáš Vtípil, and in the creation of which members of the bands Dog Soldiers, DG307 or Kill the Dandies participated! His poetry was published in books in the titles Just Let the Rails Roar and In the Canvas Walls the Colors of Kerosene.
In recent years, he has most often performed together with violinist Libor Lorenc and guitarist Pavel Kovin Kovačka.
